Image The AID Program offers investors lucrative tax credit accruement and the opportunity to build a kingdom of wealth, as well as a philanthropic legacy through a lasting donation to one of the Thomas C. Assaly Charitable Foundation’s select charities.

Provident investors have begun to consider the direction of their success now that the attainment of wealth is no longer their primary goal. Current market trends indicate that, once having established financial security, principled and affluent business leaders engage in the charitable prospect of venture philanthropy

The AID Program is an innovative system based on Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) guidelines, which allows investors to make a real estate donation to a charity and build their legacy while generating substantial tax credits. The AID Program provides a timely exit strategy for full equity return, in five years. The investor registers a Deed of Gift on Title, concurrently with the sale of the Property by the Dioces. The Deed of Gift is directed as per the Income Tax Interpretation Bulletin IT-226R to the Thomas C. Assaly Charitable Foundation, which issues the investor a donation receipt.

Thomas G. Assaly pairs thirty years of flourishing success in real estate development with The Thomas C. Assaly Charitable Foundation's humanitarian initiatives. AID Program properties deliver guaranteed high rate of return, substantial opportunity to gain wealth, and asset stability over a long-term client-centred relationship.
