    Monkolé Medical Centre
The Thomas C. Assaly Charitable Foundation’s benevolence includes sponsorship of the Monkolé Medical Centre in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) contributing to such activities as the provision of educational material and training from Canadian medical professionals to Monkolé staff. Despite the brutality of war and crushing numbers of HIV/AIDS related deaths per year, Monkolé has steadfastly served the people of Kinshasa and is seeking to construct modern facilities offering a full range of services, including innovative prevention and educational programs.
