The Thomas C. Assaly Charitable Foundation’s AID Program

For 2009 Tax Credits - MUST CALL 1-866-809-3389 by December 31, 2009

Lucrative income producing property or luxury vacation/retirement property  purchased, at a favourable price through the AID Program, assures clients a generous return on the cash flow generated by their investment. Investor/Donors are benefitted with the option to designate the Thomas C. Assaly Charitable Foundation as recipient of the residual value of their property in their will but gain tax credits today while maintaining ownership of the unit until bequeathment. The AID Program more than doubles return on investment and increases cash flow up to six times over a lifetime.

Our innovative and proven program allows investors to accumulate substantial tax credits and immediately reduce taxes in 2009 and for the next four years. A combination of projected fair-market value and actuary assessment provide clients with the option to donate the residual value of their property to the Thomas C. Assaly Charitable Foundation and receive an immediate donation receipt from the Foundation.

Review Canada Revenue Agency claim approval: CRA Letters to Donors

Normally, a bequeathed investment property would still incur taxes but the AID Program's innovative design:

  1. Provides investors with the option to bequeath the residual value of a property to their Charity in their will
  2. Allows Investor and Donor to gain tax credits today while maintaining ownership of the unit
  3. Reduces tax payable to CRA for up to 5 years
  4. Permits cash flow from property until death
  5. Provides investor with the option to donate cash flow back to Charity for further tax receipt

AID Program works within CRA approved tax rules:

  1. AID Program stays within CRA approved tax guidelines regarding rules around a donation or gift of a residual interest in real property
  2. AID Program avoids the use of subjective property like art or jewellery
  3. AID Program concentrates on gifts of real estate which are easily valued and accepted
  4. AID Program has been vetted by Canada’s leading Tax Law Legal Firm - Drache LLP
